The Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica is the newest Huracan variant that was launched. It is a mid level variant positioned in between the normal Evo variant and the top end track focused STO variant. The Huracan Tecnica is powered by a 631 horsepower V10, so even though it isn’t as powerful as the STO it is still a pretty powerful car by itself. The car reaches a top speed of 325 kmph as well, so the Tecnica is a great package for those who want a faster Huracan that is still road friendly and not track focused. The Huracan Tecnica has some visible exterior changes as well. The general looks are a lot sharper and more aggressive compared to the regular Huracan especially with the black bits at the front. After a long wait the successor of the Lamborghini Aventador was finally launched. The new Lamborghini is called the Revuelto. It is Lamborghini's first plug in hybrid supercar. The Revuelto is the most powerful Lamborghini to be launched at 1001 horsepower and the car has a claimed top speed of 340 kmph which would make it one of the fastest Lamborghinis. It competes with Ferrari’s SF90 Stradale which is also a 1000 hp plug in hybrid supercar. Moving on the to the design of the car. The Revuelto is easily recognizable as a Lamborghini with the aggressive and stylish looks. The front LED lights of the car especially stand out. I had made a blog about the regular Lamborghini Urus a long time back but recently an even more powerful version of the Urus was released called the Urus Performante. The Urus Performante now has 657 hp while the standard Urus has 641 hp which means the Urus Performante is 16 hp more powerful compared to it’s standard variant. The Urus Performante is also much faster than the Urus and more suited to the track. It is also 47 kg lighter and this lack of weight is another thing that enables the Urus Performante to go at higher speeds. It also definitely looks a lot more like a true performance SUV with the exterior design being changed quite a bit compared to the Urus. It also comes with a dual tone option that the Urus doesn’t have. This post is about an interesting supercar, an older but legendary Lamborghini. The Lamborghini that I am talking about is the Murcielago which was produced between 2001 and 2010 and it was the fastest Lamborghini at the time. The Murcielago along with the Gallardo are the Lamborghinis that I knew in my childhood so when I was able to see one in Bren Garage it felt great. But actually seeing one was a big surprise and most of the cars in that collection were a lot newer.  This Lamborghini Murcielago has one of the most interesting stories in Bren Garage. Unlike a majority of the other cars at the garage which were bought new, it turns out that this Murcielago was actually bought not too long ago as a used car because the Murcielago model of course went out of production back in 2010 which makes it even more impressive. Having seen a Lamborghini Urus on the road recently I decided to feature this car on the blog. The Lamborghini urus is the first SUV launched from Lamborghini and the first super SUV from any of the top Italian supercar companies. It is a rival to other super SUVS like the Porsche Cayenne and the Bentley Bentayga. No doubt the Urus is fast and beautiful especially in the yellow color like in the photo below. But the other great thing about the Urus is that it is not just fast and beautiful but also a very powerful and strong car which can easily drive off roading on bumpy dirt tracks and hills and can take some beating without causing much damage. On the Autocar show the Lamborghini Urus broke records by driving on Umling La which is the highest road in the world. The Lamborghini Urus is will always be remembered for being one of the first and most famous super SUVs in the world and inspiring other supercar brands to make super SUVs. Now if only Ferrari would come up with one.
